5. Quotes and our services

Nothing on this website is an offer to supply services at a particular price, schedule or volume. When you use the enquiry form, it opens your own email app with a message for you to review and send; nothing is sent to us until you send it. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm the service, price and schedule to you in writing.

Collection areas and schedules are subject to confirmation for your postcode and requirements.

6. Lin, our chat assistant

Lin is an automated AI assistant that answers general questions about our services. Lin’s replies are generated automatically, may sometimes be incomplete or wrong, and are not a quote, offer, promise or advice. Lin cannot place orders, agree prices, change bookings or accept complaints or data-rights requests. For anything you rely on, please confirm with our team by phone or email.

Please do not enter personal, financial or sensitive information into the chat. Messages are processed as described in our Privacy Policy. You must not try to misuse Lin, for example by attempting to make it ignore its instructions, generate unlawful or offensive content, or send automated or excessive requests. We may limit or withdraw the chat at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• use the website in any way that breaks any applicable law or regulation, or is fraudulent or harmful;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server it is hosted on, or any connected system or database;
